Arat Law & Consultancy was founded by Ceren ARAT, Esq. in 2013 in Istanbul.
ARAT that was founded together with a dynamic, hard-working team specialized in their respective fields provides service at the fields of Legal Consultancy, Insurance and Compensation Law, Commerce Law, Corporate and Contract Law, Enforcement Law, Business Law, Real Estate Law, Family Law and Sports Law.
Under Legal Consultancy activities, ARAT presents legal opinion on contracts made for the purpose of preventing potential disputes clients may encounter during commercial activities before they arise or ensuring that process develops in favor of clients in case of potential disputes, provides legal consultancy services concerning review of significant resolutions adopted by companies from a legal aspect and making legal analysis about applicable legislation and potential risks for any kind of project management and similar subject matters.
ARAT, under Litigation and Dispute activities, amicably settles disputes experienced by clients regarding their commercial activities without seeking legal remedies, commences judicial process for the purpose of protecting rights of clients in case of a dispute, follows lawsuits filed against clients and provides attorney services upon similar subjects that have been or need to be submitted to the court.
ARAT, with respect to Non-performing Receivables, evaluates receivables of Clients from a legal aspect, determines and reports risks, negotiates with debtors regarding receivables. ARAT provides legal services on the matters of re-structuring receivables, offering legal suggestions for collection of receivables and filing necessary applications to judicial and administrative authorities for collection of receivables.
ARAT aspires to generate brief and economic solutions at all works carried out, make regular reporting, inform clients about legal process in full and completely, carry out legal transactions necessary for collection and termination of receivables and lawsuits as soon as possible in full and completely.
ARAT supports clients at fields of consultancy regarding settlement of disputes and project infrastructure, it incorporates specialist staff for this purpose and works solution oriented in liaison with contracted law offices domestically.
