Some services provided by ARAT in the field of Protection of Personal Data;
- Determination and analysis of obligations clients are subject to under KVKK (the Law on the Protection of Personal Data)
- Provision of collaboration necessary with IT departments at the stage of creation of data recording systems clients need to use with respect to being able to fulfill relevant obligations and offering necessary support with respect to making data recording systems currently in use with obligations under KVKK
- Preparation and/or revision of contracts clients need to conclude with their customers or business associates under KVKK
- Offering in-company awareness trainings to all relevant departments (legal, HR, IT, marketing, public relations, etc.) within the body of data controller with respect to ensuring compliance with obligations under KVKK in full sense
